Today on Entelechy Leadership Stories, we speak with Mitch Waks, a seasoned leader and mentor in entrepreneurial and start-up leadership principles. Mitch is the CEO of Cooperative Home Care, as well as an author and consultant. 

As CEO of Cooperative Home Care, Mitch has successfully grown his company with conscious leadership principles which is guided by what he calls the cooperative way. Working and developing respectful practices amongst all employees and customers. He focused on developing the soul of the company. Know who your client is and address your client’s needs. 

Inspiring young leaders are being embraced by Mitch. His company has created a Board of Directors comprised of people 30 and under in a variety of disciplines to meet and talk about the industry and company and ways they can grow and do better.
